Roy Ashby - Partner/Head of CI

Roy manages the custom installation side of the business. His knowledge of the market and 7 years of custom installation experience make him very adept at both designing your system and implementing it.

Peta Ashby - Partner/Head of Admin

Peta ensures the smooth running of the business. Not only does she oversee all administration in the office but deals with ordering of stock and customer relations. Her years of experience in the business have given her great knowledge and experience of everything that Challenge TV can do.

Bill Ashby - Partner/Head of Services

Bills controls and runs the aerial and satellite installation side of the business. Being the longest standing partner and founder, his great wisdom of this particular trade mean that systems are both professional and reliable.

Adam Austin - Installation Manager

Adam is the Installation Manager for Challenge TV. He oversees all installations to ensure the highest standards are met. His expertise in the CI business ensures that customer’s requirements are superseded and all work is carried out professionally.

Matthew Harvey - Aerial & Satellite

Matt is a new addition to Challenge TV. He works alongside Bill aiding in Satellite and Aerial Installations. He has experience with Sky and Aerials for 5 years now. Matt is hoping to bring in an increase in site work to Challenge TV.

Billy Perkins - Aerial & Satellite

Billy works alongside Bill aiding in Satellite and Aerial Installations. He has been working for Challenge TV for 3 years and has learnt the various complex systems that we install. A good head for heights makes him very adept at climbing even the tallest of buildings.

Ashley Winch - Installation

Ashley has been with the team a short time. He works assisting Adam on all aspects of custom installation. Ashley has experience in Crestron and is also an Award Winning Rack Builder. He has many years of installation experience and will help us build our Home Cinema Installation side.

Kristen Matthews BSc Econ Accountancy & Finance - Admin & Accounts

Kristen has been working with Challenge TV for 2 years and has become a valuable asset to the way the business is administered. Her Degree in Accounting has become invaluable to the company making it more efficient than ever.
